Today is the day.
The sauce has a name, and it’s going on every steak on the board. Say hello to Royal Sauce, now officially part of the house lineup at Rowley’s DIFC.
You guessed. We counted. And we picked a winner.
Why We Called It Royal Sauce
The name has a bit of history behind it.
Rowley’s started in London, and “Royal” sits on top of that story the way it sits on top of the steak. Hint 2 said the highest rank. Now on your steak. That’s where the name lives. It’s the highest pour on the board, and it earns it.
Rich. Bold. Smooth enough to play nice with a Classic Striploin, confident enough to stand up to a Signature Ribeye. It’s the new default for anyone who has ever ordered the same sauce three times in a row and thought, maybe today’s the day to try something new.
Today is that day.
The Winner Has Been Chosen
Before we say anything else. Yes. There’s a winner.
Someone out there, somewhere in DIFC or Dubai or further, got it right. They guessed Royal Sauce. They locked it in. They’re getting dinner for two at Rowley’s DIFC, steak, sauce, sides, the whole pour.
We’re not saying who yet. That’s on purpose.
Tomorrow at 6pm, head to our Instagram stories and we’ll reveal the winner live. Set a reminder. Grab a coffee. You’ll want to see the reaction.
Where Royal Sauce Fits on the Menu
Royal Sauce pours with every steak on the Rowley’s DIFC menu, starting today. Classic Striploin at AED 145, Signature Ribeye at AED 175, and everything in between.
It pairs especially well with the bigger cuts. If you’ve been saving the Signature Ribeye for a special occasion, this is the occasion.
Want to try it without going big? The AED 80 Power Lunch pours it over a 250g steak with salad and unlimited fries, daily 11:30am to 7:30pm. Test drive it for less than a lunch meeting.
And if you’re the kind of person who shows up at 1am, Late Night Happy Hour runs daily from midnight to close with 50% off classic and signature steaks and 50% off selected beverages. Royal pours the same at midnight as it does at noon.
