On Sunday, April 27, 2026, a brand new signature sauce joins the board at Rowley’s DIFC. We’ve kept the name quiet on purpose, because the first person to guess it wins dinner for two at the restaurant. Steak, sauce, sides, the full pour.
So yes, this is that kind of blog. The kind where you scroll, you read, and somewhere in the middle you start thinking about what you’d order if you won.
A Sauce With a Name You Have to Earn
We’ve been working on this one for months. Recipe first, name second, and the name is where we stopped and thought, let’s have some fun with this one.
It sits next to everything we already pour, from the old favourites to the ones the regulars ask for by name. It pairs with every cut from Classic Striploin to Signature Ribeye on the menu. It’s rich, it’s ours, and it was built to hold its own on a steak without shouting over it.
But the name we chose isn’t on any label, any menu, or any receipt. Not yet.
One of you is about to say it. Might as well be you.
How to Enter the Sauce Guessing Contest
Two ways to play.
Online: head to our sauce guessing page, read the three hints, and drop your best guess in the form.
In the restaurant: if you spot a little box by the door, don’t resist the urge. Write your name. Write your guess. Fold it in. Go sit down and order your steak like nothing happened. You came in for dinner, might as well play for the next one on us.
First correct answer wins dinner for two. One guess per person, so make it count.
