A New Signature Sauce Joins the DIFC Steak Menu
This one has been in development for months. It’s rich, it’s ours, and it was built to sit next to the classics without asking for too much attention. You’ll find it poured alongside the existing house sauces on every steak, from the Classic Striploin at AED 145 to the Signature Ribeye at AED 175, all on the menu.
It isn’t replacing anything. It’s joining the team. Same lineup, one more option, and one we think changes how you order a steak in DIFC.
What Makes It a Signature Steak Sauce
A signature sauce means three things. It’s made in-house. It pairs with every cut on the board. And it has a name that belongs to us, not borrowed from a textbook.
That’s what took the time. The recipe came first, and we spent weeks tasting it against every steak we serve, from the leanest cuts to the most marbled. The name came later, and that’s where things got interesting. We settled on something that nods to where Rowley’s started, with a wink you’ll catch once you land on it.
The name is what we’re handing over to you.
Guess the Sauce Name and Win Dinner for Two
Here’s where it gets fun.
Three hints are live on our sauce guessing page. Read them, think them through, and drop your best guess. The first person to guess correctly wins dinner for two at the restaurant. Steak, sauce, sides, the full board.
One entry per person. Entries close at launch on Sunday, April 27.
Your Three Hints
Hint 1: Born in a London kitchen.
Hint 2: The highest rank. Now on your steak.
Hint 3: They say every great table deserves one. Ours just got one.
Read them twice. Say them out loud. The answer is closer than you think, and Hint 2 is where most of the early guesses have started.
