Daily 8am to 12pm.<\/p>\n<p>Egg Bun from 29 SAR. Steak and Eggs for a heavier start. +5 SAR for a coffee or fresh OJ. Real breakfast, cooked to order, paced for people who need to be somewhere by 9.<\/p>\n<p>Most KAFD office breakfasts are either hotel buffets or takeaway counters. The A.M Club is the middle path. Sit down, eat in 30 minutes, make the 9am.<\/p>\n<h2>Best Lunch in KAFD<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/rowleysrestaurants.com\/ar\/menu-en\/\">Power Menu at Rowley&#8217;s<\/a>. 250g Australian Flat Iron, salad, unlimited classic fries, 80 SAR. Add Cowboy Sauce for 5 SAR.<\/p>\n<p>For most KAFD lunch hours (12pm to 2pm), this is the sharpest price-to-quality deal in the district. Comparable cuts elsewhere land at 150 to 200 SAR. The Power Menu holds its own and costs less.<\/p>\n<p>If you want something faster, there are a few cafe counters in the podium. Decent, fast, forgettable. Save those for the days you don&#8217;t have 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<h2>Best Late Lunch<\/h2>\n<p>Same Power Menu, 2pm to 4pm. Quietest hours in the Rowley&#8217;s dining room. If you want the 45-minute version without the lunch rush, this is it.<\/p>\n<p>Other spots in the district close their lunch windows at 3. Rowley&#8217;s keeps the Power Menu running until 2am.
