Rowley's Restaurant Arab

Meet Cowboy Sauce. It’s Officially on the Menu at Rowley’s KAFD.

Today is the day.

The sauce has a name, and it’s going on every steak on the board. Say hello to Cowboy Sauce, now officially part of the house lineup at Rowley’s KAFD Riyadh.

You guessed. We counted. We picked a winner.

Why We Called It Cowboy Sauce

The name is a nod to where steak sauces come from in the loose, film-reel sense. The hints we dropped on the landing page said it all once the name was out.

It showed up on horseback. Hungry. The sauce carries the dust of the road and the swagger of someone who rode in and asked for the biggest cut on the menu.

Smoky, a bit rowdy, right at home with steak. That’s the flavour profile. Smoky, bold, loud enough to stand next to a ribeye and not flinch.

The name belongs above a saloon door. Cowboy Sauce. Above the saloon. Exactly where we wanted it.

The Winner Has Been Chosen

Before anything else. Yes. There’s a winner.

Someone in Riyadh, or nearby, cracked it. They guessed Cowboy Sauce, they locked it in, they’re getting dinner for two at Rowley’s KAFD.

We’re not saying who yet. That’s on purpose.

Tomorrow at 6pm, head to our Instagram stories and we’ll reveal the winner live. Set a reminder. Grab a coffee. You’ll want to see the reaction.

Where Cowboy Sauce Fits on the Menu

Cowboy Sauce now pours with every steak at Rowley’s KAFD. It sits on the sauce board next to Fox, Secret, Peppercorn, and Spitfire. Pick one. Pick two. Ask for all of them if you’re feeling brave.

At the new Power Menu (250g Australian Flat Iron, salad, and unlimited classic fries at 80 SAR daily from 12pm to 2am) add Cowboy Sauce for 5 SAR extra. It’s the best pairing we’ve tried yet on the flat iron.

For the weekend, the Weekend Special 1kg tomahawk (Friday and Saturday, 650 SAR for three to four guests) comes with the full sauce board. Cowboy Sauce is already in rotation there too.
