A New Signature Sauce Joins the KAFD Steak Menu
This one has been in development for months. It’s bold, it’s ours, and it was built to stand up to whatever cut you put in front of it. You’ll find it next to the house sauces on every steak on the Rowley’s Riyadh menu, from the Power Lunch steak at noon to the 1kg tomahawk on the weekend.
It isn’t replacing anything. It’s joining the team. Same lineup, one more option, and one we think changes how you order a steak in Riyadh.
What Makes It a Signature Steak Sauce
A signature sauce means three things. It’s made in-house. It holds up next to every cut on the board. And it has a name that belongs to us, not borrowed from a textbook.
That’s what took the time. The recipe came first. We tasted it for weeks against every steak on the menu, from the leanest cuts to the most marbled. The name came later, and that’s where things got interesting. We settled on something with a bit of swagger to it. You’ll catch the wink once you land on it.
